For over 5 years, I’ve been working with clients from every walk of life. People who’ve had back injuries, knee surgeries, vertigo, etc.. In conjunction of this exposure, I’ve deliberately attended countless seminars, certifications, and mentorships to bring the best service possible to the people I work with.
Now I am looking to expand the scope of people I’ve worked with from NYC, and make it international through TWJ.
My Mission
My mission is to change the paradigm of personal training that social media and the fitness industry has given our society throughout the years. We have be taught that personal training should be sergeant style, sweat until you puke, go hard or go home, push through the pain, etc.. It couldn’t be further from the truth.
The reality is, fitness should be scalable. Depending on your goals, job, priorities, injury and medical history, as well as your experience, a program should be made to make your workouts realistic and consistent.
I’ve worked with doctors, lawyers, tv personalities, musicians, screen writers, and many more to understand the essentials in finding scalability. Now my mission is to help you and share this experience.
